Somatic Exercises help us to self regulate. When our nervous system is working properly, we naturally move between our sympathetic nervous system ( response, fight, flight, freeze or fawn) and our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest)When we have ongoing stress and anxiety or suffer a trauma we often get stuck in the on mode of response. This can cause us to feel unsafe in our body and can lead to an array of other issues affecting our mental and physical health. This class will help you learn to self regulate and create a mind, body and soul connection. 

In this one on one session I will curate a class based on your personal needs and desired outcome.
